COVID-19 UPDATE


Q: Will your online store be affected?

A: Currently, our online store is operating as usual and operating with limited staff for safety. If a shut down were to occur, we will let our customers know 24 hours prior to closing our warehouse.

Q: Will your inventory be affected? 

A: Yegi Beauty has a large inventory of supplies in stock, but we do encourage customers to place orders earlier to avoid interruptions with your future business. 

Q: Will Yegi Academy be affected?

A: We are currently contacting students affected by the change of courses. You do however, have the option to transfer to our online course to get certified from home if you have already purchased an upcoming course. 

Q: Is Yegi Beauty salon open?

A: Unfortunately the Burbank salon location will be closed due to COVID-19 Pandemic (until further notice) for the safety of everyone. 

Q: Will there be delays with shipping? 

A: Most carriers are experiencing delays of 2-5 business days.USPS and UPS currently do not have guaranteed delivery dates during this time.

UPS

UPS has the following changes to their service:

  • As of March 26, 2020, the UPS service guarantee is suspended for all US-origin shipments (domestic and international) at any service level.

USPS

USPS has the following changes to their service:

  • Some USPS post offices are closed.
  • USPS is not shipping to certain countries.
  • There are delays in USPS mail and package deliveries to and from certain countries.
  • As of February 10, 2020, there is a temporary suspension of the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International destined for China and Hong Kong SAR China.

DHL

DHL has the following changes to their service:

  • Certain countries are experiencing a temporary service disruption.

Dear Yegi Beauties,

Like so many of you, we have all here at Yegi Beauty been learning about the COVID-19 virus and how it’s impacting our world. We understand this is a time for concern with any germs being spread. We do take this very seriously as we are in the industry to keep a clean sanitized environment at all times.

Here at Yegi Beauty we want to assure you that we have taken actions to maintain a very safe and well sanitized environment for all our employees. We have also limited business travel and reinforced our policies to those who exhibit any flu-like symptoms to stay home. If you haven’t already, please take the time to review the disinfection regulations from the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology in your state and also reinforce the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
The health of you, our staff and your client’s health and well-being is our top priority.
