All orders placed by 1:00pm. PST (Pacific Standard Time) are processed and shipped on the same day Monday through Saturday excluding holidays.  Orders placed on Saturday after 1:00pm or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

All shipping rates and delivery dates are determined by carrier company and not by Yegi Beauty.

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate delivery time.  We also send a notification email with shipping details including a link to the carrier you chose when placing your order.  Refer to the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. 

Yegi Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please make sure shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order.  You are responsible for verifying the shipping address you are providing.  In case of invalid address costs, you may be charged.

  • USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class Shipping) May take from 1 to 7 business days to be delivered. Delivery date is an estimate, and it is not guaranteed by USPS.
  • USPS Priority Mail –It may take between 1-3 business days. USPS insures packages up to $100.00 USD.
  • UPS Ground – Delivery may take from 1-5 business days depending on your zip code. To calculate estimated time of arrival to your area, click here
  • UPS 2nd Day Air* – This is an economical option for shipments that do not need overnight service. We make sure UPS 2nd day air packages are shipped by 1:00pm PST. (Pacific Standard Time) UPS guarantees delivery to every address throughout U.S. and Puerto Rico.
  • UPS Next Day Air* – All next day air packages are shipped out same day by 1:00pm PST. Monday through Friday. (Please note on weekends there are no UPS pickups and delivery only happens in certain and specific areas)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via DHL Monday through Friday.  Cost depends on location.  Cut off time for DHL packages is 1:00pm PST.  Please make sure you provide a valid email and phone number on your order.  If customs apply in your country, DHL will contact you via email or via phone before delivering your package.  If DHL is unable to reach out to you, package will be returned to us. If you choose your package to be re-shipped, you will be charged for a new shipping label.

Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees

International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). Yegi Beauty does not pay for import duties, taxes, and other fees that may apply.  Please contact DHL or your your local government import office for more details regarding custom fees in your country.

Where is my package?  Please look for the shipping confirmation message in your inbox and contact the corresponding carrier via phone or email to track your order.  All order confirmation emails also include a tracking number and link.

Delivery attempts failed; carrier is telling me the package was sent back to Yegi Beauty, what do I do? Contact Yegi Beauty via email at info@yegibeauty.com, provide your order #.  We will investigate the reason the package was returned and will give you options once package is at our office.  This may include an extra charge to generate a new shipping label.

Tracking says my package is delivered, but I don’t have it: What is my next step?

If your tracking says the package has been delivered, please verify address on your shipping confirmation email.  If correct, and you are sure no one else at your home received the package, contact carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL), and open a missing claim.  Please see links below for reference:
