Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail

Free standard shipping applies on all U.S orders over $100 (Before tax)

Free standard International shipping applies on orders over $250 USD (Before tax) 

Please not: Standard mail has no guaranteed date. Standard mail is not insured by the USPS

USPS First Class Package:

  • U.S Domestic First class mail has no guaranteed date. Varies by destination. Standard mail is not insured the USPS 
  • International First class mail has no guaranteed date. Varies by destination. Standard mail is not insured the USPS

USPS Priority Mail: 

  • U.S Domestic Priority mail varies by destination, may take between 1-3 business days. Insured by the USPS up to $100.00 USD 
  • International Priority mail varies by destination, can take between 6-10 business days. Insured by the USPS up to $100.00 USD

  • U.S Domestic Priority Express mail varies by destination, may take between 1-2 business days. Insured by the USPS up to $100.00 USD

Priority & Priority Express Shipping

All orders with Priority Express and Priority shipping have a cut-off time of 1:00pm (Pacific Time)  Monday-Friday for processing & shipping.

Where is my package?

A email is sent with your tracking number once your items have been shipped, please contact USPS to Track Your Order 

Need a Re-Delivery?

To request a re-delivery you will need to request it with USPS. Please click here 

Why is my package saying delivered, but I have not received it?

If your tracking says that your package has been delivered and you have not yet received it, please verify your address on your order confirmation email. If this is correct, please check with your neighbors/family/friends or anyone else who would have access to your mail to see if they accidentally took your package.

In the case that you still do not have it, our policy is that you will need to contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and open a missing mail claim. Once you have done so, they will investigate to see what happened to your package. When they find that your package is in fact missing, they will provide you proof which you will then send over to us and we will reship your package to you.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
