All online and in store returns must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How to Return:
Step 1: Email info@yegibeauty.com with return request, reason and pictures if applicable.
Step 2: Once return is approved, we will send you a return label.
Step 3: Pack up your item(s), include your order number and ship them back. Make sure to check the return label for the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL).
Step 4: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
