Return Policy:

All online and in store returns must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How to Return:

Step 1: Email info@yegibeauty.com with return request, reason and pictures if applicable. 

Step 2: Once return is approved, please purchase a return label through your preferred mail carrier and send back your items to:

We are unable to provide a return label. 

Step 3: Pack up your item(s), include your order number and ship them back. Please include your email with the return approval and any other information you would like to provide in your return package. Make sure to check the return label for the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL). 

Step 4: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Please take photos and email them to info@yegibeauty.com for any defect issues regarding your product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items listed in the outlet section of our website are final sale and not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

FYI
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using priority shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
