If you totally missed Part 1 (no judgment here, but don't miss out for the second time) I have provided the link for you by clicking here.
And, because the Yegi Team is always #teamYOU it is in our nature to also simplify things by providing the star of the show for your viewing and convenience: How To Make Money In The Beauty Industry | 8 Ways To Profit Without Opening A Salon.
So, let's start beautifying your mind, shall we? It's time to discuss the remaining four ways to make money! [cha-ching]
Marketing/Development/PR: this area of work is generally versatile and really allows you to explore the possibilities within the industry. It's sort of like having one foot in and one foot out of the door, which oddly enough isn't a negative way to go about it. It gives you the chance to be around beauty, but at the same time be an "outsider" since it's from a distance. But if you have great marketing ideas or you're a wiz at accounting, this may be a huge potential for you!
Become A Distributor: If you know your expertise lies in sales, this may be the perfect position for you. It's the balanced formula of loving the brand and buying in bulk in order to turn the passion for the products into capital. Again, you will excel if you have come to terms with the fact that you have strong persuasive and sales skils.
Own A Beauty Related Franchise: being a franchise business owner can be described as "having your cake and eating it too". But that cake = $$$ in order for you to invest in a franchise. On the positive side, you avoid initial startup work that's mandatory for opening your own business. Once you've overcome the investment hiccup, you'll watch the profits start effortlessly rolling in.
Become A Chemist: someone's initial thoughts about the beauty industry is most likely not science-related. But there wouldn't be beauty products without a Chemist! If your strong suits are in math and science, and you love putting in mass amount of effort in school, then this can be an awesome way for you to make bank in this field.
We have all heard that one particular saying, specifically known as "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". So, I definitely want to one-up that by saying "success is in the eye of the beauty-industry-driven beholder". Don't hinder your success by not looking beyond the norm.
Look good, feel good, be unstoppable!
